Pan Natalya Vissarionovna was appointed to the post of vice-minister of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan by a decree of the Government.
Natalya Pan was born in 1979 in the city of Abay, Karaganda region. In 1999, she graduated from Karaganda state university named after E.A. Buketov, in 2016 - Columbia University (USA). By specialty - an international lawyer, an economist. She began her labor activity in 1999. In 1999-2003, she worked as chief specialist, head of the department, deputy head of the legal expertise department, systematization of legislation and legal education of Legal service department of the MF of the RK. In 2003-2008 worked as a consultant, senior expert, chief expert, chief consultant of Legislation and legal expertise department of the Administration of the President of the RK. From 2008 to 2012 – an inspector, head of the sector of State legal department of the Administration of the President of the RK. In 2012-2014, she held the position of deputy Chairman of the Committee of registration service and rendering legal assistance to the MJ of the RK. In 2014-2016, deputy director of the Department of registration service and organization of legal services of the MJ of the RK. Since December of 2016 - director of the Department on intellectual property rights of the MJ of the RK. She was awarded the order "Kurmet".
She is married and has two children.
